We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States

At this time, we do not ship to other regions.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

VIP Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

4. Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping may be available for eligible orders and will be clearly shown during checkout if applicable.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website for the most accurate updates.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Oxelaryn is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped.
